Delete your account
For FieldScore Live organizers and scorers who signed in with Google
In the app (fastest)
- Open FieldScore Live and sign in with the Google account you used.
- On the Organize tab, in your organizer card, tap the three-dot Account menu and choose Delete my account.
- Confirm. The app asks you to sign in with Google once more, then deletes your data.
By email
If you cannot open the app, write to fieldscoreliveapp@gmail.com from the email address of your Google account, with the subject "Delete my FieldScore Live account". We may ask you to prove the account is yours. We will delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (name, email and account id).
- Every league and tournament you created, with all their matches, scores and events.
- Every match you created, with its scores and events.
- Your name from the scorer list of matches you were approved to score. The matches stay.
Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. Matches shared with other people disappear for them too, so tell your scorers first.
What is kept
- Reports sent about a match or league (kind, code, reason, time). They hold no name or email.
- Matches created by other organizers that you only watched or helped to score.
- Anything Google keeps itself (your Google account, ad settings) is outside our control. Manage it in your Google account.
Just watching?
If you never signed in, the app holds no name or email about you. You can clear the app's data in your phone's settings, or uninstall it.
